I bought this for my 6-month old son in preparation for sunny days. I like the fact that his eyes are protected from the glaring sun. He’s received many compliments on these sunglasses. However, he does not seem to like them much – it seems as though his nose bridge is irritated by the material because I found tiny rash-like bumps there soon after he started wearing the sunglasses. These went away after a while. I would recommend washing these sunglasses before first use. He still does not like having the sunglasses on even after the rash has gone away.
UPDATE: I’ve since discovered that he is allergic to the silicone used to make the nose and brow piece. The rash is back again when he started wearing the sunglasses again after a hiatus. This is why I have reduced the rating from 4 stars to 3.

Bought these sunglasses for our daughter. I had done some research online and found that these had the best reviews. Based on reviews, they had a comfy strap and the silicon around the nose/eye area made it even more comfortable for the baby.
Unfortunately, they are still too big for our daughter who just turned 3 months. The band is too loose at it’s tightest setting so we’re going to have to wait a little longer.
Would have been nice though if a carry case came along with them. =)

My baby is 4,5 months old but she doesn’t like wearing the sun glasses (they left lines on her face! Outch!!!) I stopped using it right away & wait until she’s 1 year old or so… The black sun glasses I bought don’t look nicer than cheaper sun glasses I saw at the stores… Besides, the trap around my baby’s head made her frustrated (she’s hairy so it made her hair messy). I think it would be easier if I bought her the pair of sun glasses that is like the one for adult…
